Me and my wife have been wanting to experiment for some time now. Finally we have moved to a city where we don’t know anyone and are complete strangers here. We had this in the back of our minds that we could definitely do something in this city, but we did not expect things to happen this fast. We have rented an apartment in a upper middle class area of the city and the owner of the apartment building is pretty old, so his 29 year old single, son, handles all paperwork etc. Extremely good looking and very well mannered and well educated.

First time we met him (about 5 months ago) my wife signalled to me that she finds him hot. Later that day, when we were back to our temp place, I asked her about it. And as we have been talking about stuff like this for years, we are at the point of just saying things directly and being upfront and honest. She answered my question saying she would definitely not mind doing that 29 year old guy if she got the chance. I asked her if she was sure, and she said she was. But she also was of the opinion that the guy wouldn’t be interested as she is 31 and not hot enough and feels she is a little too chubby. I obviously disagreed with her and told her that I could think of some situation where he would have to visit our apartment while I wasn’t there. How to initiate from there would be challenging but at least lets get this part done.

Before moving in, while the apartment was being fixed & painted, we went to see the progress on it. We saw his car and knew he would be in our apartment probably as the labor guys were leaving and he was probably here to pay them for the day or whatever. So I told her, I will stay in the car, you go upstairs and in case he is there, just be your usual self and look at the repairs etc. and once all the work guys are gone and it feels like he is going to stay awhile to finalise a few things with me, then she should msg me and then tell him I am on my way but it would be at least an hour before I could reach.

We expected him to say that he would reschedule things with me and both of them would leave. But that was not his reaction. He said, no problem, he will wait. His old apartment is one floor above and he still uses it from time to time and asked my wife if she would want to wait in his apartment as it atleast has some furniture to sit around in. My wife said ok before he could even finish the sentence lol. So they did. As mentioned above, we had found him to be well mannered and well educated up until now. But my wife told me, the moment they got into his apartment, his personality changed more than slightly. My wife asked him why he doesn’t live here as it was well furnished and the surrounding neighbourhood is excellent too. He gave a couple of reasons that I dont need to mention here.

However, the last thing he said was whenever he has a girl for the night, like after a party or something, this is where he brings them all. My wife laughed and said so this is like your sex apartment and they both laughed. And then somehow my wife gathered up some courage from the inside and said one of the most bold things she has ever said - I will look forward to coming to this apartment regularly. Says and then just turns herself away and sits in a chair and starts using her phone. The guy knew what she had mean, and he was quick to catch on to it. He said - definitely, you should come over regularly, but the bedroom is down the hall to her left.

My wife froze for second. Then got up from the chair, and without making any eye contact, just went into the bedroom. She half closed the door, took off her shoes, jeans and sweater, and stood behind the door just in her bra and panties. The guy walked in without his shoes and hoodie on. Just his jeans. And as soon as he closed the door all the way, there she was. Curvy, thick, 31 year married woman whose husband is on his way.
